These Terms govern your use of the Antgava LLC website, communications with Antgava, and your request or purchase of our mobile cleaning services. By using the site, requesting a quote, scheduling service, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.

Company, Quotes, and Pricing

Antgava provides mobile upholstery, area rug, mattress, furniture, and related cleaning at customer locations. Quotes are based on the information available at the time. Quotes cover the selected cleaning service and any selected accelerated drying. Deep includes routine stain treatment. Pet urine, smoke, persistent odor, and stains needing a separate specialty procedure may be quoted separately and require your approval.

Appointments and Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate contact details, service information, access instructions, and a safe, accessible work area. Secure pets and children, remove valuables and fragile items, and tell us about prior treatments, damage, sensitive materials, stains, or odors. We may refuse, cancel, or reschedule service when conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or materially different from the request.

Service Results and Payment

We make reasonable efforts to provide professional results, but cannot guarantee complete removal of every stain, odor, discoloration, wear, or pre-existing condition. Payment is due after service unless agreed otherwise; approved add-on work, applicable taxes, fees, and payment processing charges remain the customer's responsibility.

Cancellations, Photos, Calls, and SMS

Contact us promptly to cancel or reschedule. A disclosed no-show, trip, false-call, or minimum service fee may apply in the circumstances described at booking. You may send photos you have the right to share; identifiable customer photos will not be publicly posted without permission. If you consent to calls, we may contact you manually or with automated or AI-assisted systems about your request. SMS consent is separate and optional; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Website Use, Liability, and Governing Law

Do not misuse the site, submit false information, or attempt unauthorized access. Services and website content are provided as available, subject to applicable law. California law governs these Terms. We do not provide emergency services.
