Standard and Deep cleaning prices
Choose Standard or Deep cleaning and optional accelerated drying. The $120 minimum applies to the whole visit. Standard prices start at $140 for a fixed-cushion loveseat, $160 for a fixed-cushion 3-seat couch, and $160 for a fixed-cushion 3-seat L-shaped sectional.
Specialty treatment
Deep cleaning includes work on heavier soil and routine stains. Pet urine, smoke, persistent odor, decorative pillows, and stains needing a separate specialty procedure are quoted separately. We confirm extra work and price before starting. Stain removal is not guaranteed.

Is stain removal included in standard cleaning?
Routine stain treatment is included when you select Deep cleaning. Standard cleaning covers routine soil and pre-treatment. Pet urine, persistent odor, and stains requiring a separate specialty procedure are quoted before that extra work starts. Stain removal is not guaranteed.
Can you guarantee stain removal?
No. Some stains, discoloration, dye changes, or set marks may be permanent. We can review photos or inspect the item on site, but treatment does not guarantee removal.
How is pet urine or odor treatment priced?
It is quoted separately from Standard or Deep cleaning. Send photos with your request. If an on-site inspection is needed, we confirm the treatment and price before starting.
Do you clean sectionals?
Yes. The menu covers L-shaped sectionals with 3 to 5 seats and U-shaped sectionals with 5 to 6 seats. Pricing depends on seat count and cushion configuration.
How long does upholstery take to dry?
With accelerated drying, synthetic fabrics may be ready in 2 to 5 hours and natural fabrics in 15 to 48 hours. Without accelerated drying, the menu guidance is 15 to 24 hours for synthetics and 2 to 3 days for natural fabrics. Actual drying time depends on the fabric.
